Problem
Tournament prediction involves multiple moving part: matches, stages, scoring and strict deadlines. Users required a fast, repeatable prediction flow without confusion, while companies required structured competition across departments.
Solution
An intuitive prediction flow designed to work throughout an entire tournament, supported by a scalable league structure for companies and teams.
Stages 01 – 03
Prediction-First Interaction
Match predictions are treated as the core repeated action. Screens are optimized for quick input, clear deadlines and minimal friction across tournament stages.
Multi-Role Management
Three distinct flows (Individual User, Company Admin and System Admin) ensure the core user experience remains streamlined.
Data Hierarchy
Ranking tables support multiple perspectives, including within-team, across-department and company-wide views.

LOGICAL ARCHITECTURE
The platform is built around a multi-level competition structure designed to scale from individual users to global enterprises.
Individual Level: Personal performance tracking and global ranking perspectives.
Department/Team Level: Structured competition groups within an organization.
Company Level: Private leagues enabling competition at the organizational level without duplicating functionality.
Global Level: High-level overview across all participating leagues and entities.



ENGAGEMENT & GAMIFICATION
Lightweight Gamification: User profiles include performance stats, achievements, and badges to encourage long-term participation.
Functional UI System: The visual design remains minimal and product-focused, ensuring dense information and interactions stay readable without decorative distraction.

TECHNICAL HANDOFF & RESPONSIVENESS
Scalable Foundation: Delivery of a full UX/UI system covering tournament mechanics and league structures.
Neutral Visual Identity: Usage of a professional palette (Midnight Navy, Steel Blue and Blue Gray) to maintain focus on data density.
Device Agnostic: The platform is designed responsively, ensuring core prediction and ranking flows remain usable on both desktop and mobile devices.
